2023 RSA ID IQ Report.
Growing numbers of users, new AI technologies, and increasing complexity are pushing us to the edge of a new era poised to fundamentally disrupt cybersecurity.
To prepare for this new era, RSA assessed users’ knowledge, capabilities, and perceptions. From April through May, 2023, over 2,350 people across more than 90 countries took the 2023 RSA ID IQ Quiz. We’ve consolidated their answers into the 2023 RSA ID IQ Report, which demonstrates just how hard it is for users to keep pace with the massive shifts disrupting identity security, the ways that breaches can result from those disruptions, and their persisting optimism regarding artificial intelligence’s cybersecurity potential.
With security threats putting everything from personal information to critical infrastructure at risk, and with the incidence of ransomware attacks and other data breaches increasing, the 2023 RSA ID IQ Report provides cybersecurity professionals with insights into users’ understanding and behavior. By reviewing users’ answers on the identity components needed to develop a zero trust framework, multi-factor authentication, the vulnerability of mobile devices, and other cybersecurity threats, leaders can prioritize actions and implement best practices to keep their organizations secure.
